 Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industrial Shareholding
Co., Ltd. (briefly as "Hongdu Aviation") is a foreign-orientated
enterprise in the field of aviation technology, which was approved
to reorganize by No.2 Group Co. of China Aviation Industry, established
after approval by the State Economic & Trade Committee, passed
examinations on high-tech enterprises issuing shares by the experts
from the Science & Technology Ministry in July of 1999 as well
as China Scientific Academy in August of 1999, and registered in Nanchang
High-tech Development Zone. Hongdu Aviation, after approval by China
Security Monitoring Committee, issued successfully 60 million A Shares
in Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 16, 2000, and listed in Shanghai
Stock Exchange successfully
on December 15,2000, and raised a fund of 910 million yuan. On October 11th, 2001, the company carried out the program that increasing the shares through public fund. Increase 5shares on the fundamental of every ten shares. So the total shares reached to 210 million. On May 28 th , 2004, the company put the plan into effect that give two shares free per every ten shares.
