Tools & Tooling Factory is unique professional unit producing moulds and jigs of Hongdu Aviaton. It has a lot of advanced technique equipments for making moulds and jigs of plane, motorcycle, fabric machine and other high-accuracy machine etc.
The Tools & Tooling Factory has the fixed asset of 60million yuan and more than 300 staff, including 85 senior and junior professional and managerial talents, which has 5700
square meters of production space. In a possession of advanced moulds
processing equipment such as MCP-800A and XKF7710A numerical control
profiling mills, (XKSF2320/40 numerical control profiling gantry milling
machine), YH23-10, HCX250 slow-silk cutter, Tool & ToolingFactory is
advanced in design processes and complete of testing methods.
Tool & ToolingFactory guided by the market, has developed a variety
of high-tech new products to improve its competitive advantage in
the market and established good partnership with tens of enterprises
in Guangdong Province, Nanjing City, Wuxi City, Chengdu City, Shenyang
City, Xi'an City, Hunan Province and Beijing City. On June 30, 2000,
it developed successfully HD162QDI gas
engine, which was a pioneer in the country.
At the same time, in January of 2004, the factory had finished the design and manufacture of flexible seal tubing in the cockpit. This established the solid fundamental for the manufacture and design of this kind of mould in the future and also expand the field of production.
