Sheet Metal Forming Center

The main business of the Sheet Metal Forming Center is to export the non-ferrous metal covering, dropping, hydraulic, screwing, pressing, and rotoblast processing components of training jet plane, multi-use plane for agriculture and forestry, and salangane propeller driven planes, the design of drop hammer molders, heat treatment of non-ferrous metal, manufacture of aviation components and technical inquiry.

Now the Sheet Metal Forming Center has 600 staff. Every of them have professional skill in aeroplane manufacture and metallurgy and received excellent professional training. They can control the quality of products completely according the quality control system of Hongdu Aviation.

The Sheet Metal Forming Center owns all the necessary processing equipment and devices for plate work and a powerful technology team. On the condition that the main business is accomplished, it also participates in developing civil products. It has developed the civil products as the follows: space train device, corn dehydrator, motor tank, all the components of 5-human AC500 business plane of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the stainless sculpture in Shanghai Yangpu Park (a piece of cloud), the covering process of the 15m ball sculpture of Shanghai Zhongbai Company

I. The Sheet Metal Forming Center owns the following main professional equipment or devices:

A. Covering
1. W91-360 covering machine (horizontal), force: 360ton, scope: double camber covering 3000mm×1450mm×2.0mm
2. ML-2 covering machine (horizontal), force: 900ton, scope: double camber covering 3500mm×3000mm×6.0mm
3. PO-1M covering machine (longitudinal), force: 100ton, scope: double camber covering 7000mm×1500mm×2.5mm
4. Lorie FET600/4000-4200 numerical control covering machine (horizontal), force: 600ton, scope: double camber covering 4000mm×4200mm×10.0mm

B. Dropping hammer
1. MЛ-1.5 dropping hammers, table: 1200mm×900mm, for dropping of half-tube, fairing, and complex covering reinforcing frame, corrugated plate, curved plate beam <400mm×400mm
2. MЛ-3 dropping hammers, table: 1700mm×1200mm for dropping of complex covering reinforcing frame, corrugated plate, curved plate beam >400mm×400mm and <800mm×800mm.
3. MЛ-5 dropping hammers, table: 3100mm×1800mm for dropping of complex covering reinforcing frame, corrugated plate, curved plate beam >800mm×800mm.

C. Rubber container hydraulic press
1. BIPE 600T hydraulic press, table (front-back×left-right): 1067mm×1219mm, for hydraulic press of components =<500mm×500mm
2. Y6 (6000T) cylinder rubber container oil press, table: 1870mm×515mm, 100mm deep, for oil press of components =<500mm×500mm
3. QFC1.1×4-1000 rubber container hydraulic press, table: 1100mm×4000mm, 370mm deep, for oil press of components =<1000mm×3500mm

D. Non-ferrous metal heat treatment device
1. 6M hardening furnace: 6000mm (long)×800mm (wide)×2500mm (deep)
2. 8M annealer: 8000mm (long)×850mm (wide)×1500mm (deep)
3. N4S annealer

E. Rotoblasting device
P-1W Rotoblasting machine

II. - During the technical modification, the Sheet Metal Forming Center is to be equipped with:
1. 45000T rubber container hydraulic press
2. Numerical control bending machine
3. Numerical control forceful screwing machine
4. Numerical control milling machine
5. New-type Rotoblasting machine
6. Numerical control pipe bender
