The new anodization equipment guarantees not only for the production period, but also for good quality reaching the international requirement. Compare to the old equipment, it has advantages as following: 1.The commutated equipment for horniness anodization is advanced in our nation and it's safe and easy to operate. 2. The advanced wastewater disposal system is good for the environment. 3. Parts of technical skills have been greatly enhanced, and the technique capital has been obviously declined. 4. The reasonable layout in the workshop, which is convenient for the components processing and putting away.

The painting section brought in 4 nationwide advanced “water-screen painting room”. It makes use of the water-screen's floating theory, which not only decreases the spray during painting, but also guarantees the workers' health, insures of the products quality and at the same time keeps the workshop clean and tidy. In the section of milling, we have a 22DLHR instrument for measuring the thickness, which improves measurement to be more accurate. We have advanced milling processing, by which we can process all kinds of complex aluminum alloy components and make foundation for good qualities.

Developing with the pace of the new age, the signboards and labels' technological skills of our company have revolutionary innovation. In the past, we focalized by hands when using cameras. That easily resulted into under exposure, the leak light of film, and lots of phototypesetting work. But now every thing is changed by the usage of laser Linofilm and computers. Supported by the COREIDRAW 10 software, Linofilm can connect to computer, so it takes only a few minutes from photocomposition to the come out of black films. The working efficiency has greatly improved; the precision reaches to 2400dpi; the words are clear with high resolution and could omit the procedure of manmade photocomposition. As regard of management, the surface treatment workshop carries out “6S” management pattern (management, rectification, cleanness, standardization, well-formed and safty).
