¡¡The pre-existence of Shenyang General Aviation Co., Ltd. is an agriculture airport in Shu Jiatun district, which was found in 1992. That agriculture airport is the first aviation unit that has aircrafts, airports, flight fleet and its own team of aircraft-maintenance and is authorized by CAAC and civil aviation administration of northeast part of china and is registered by the Department of Industry & Commerce.
According to CAAC's NO. 249(1997) document, to change the name of Shenyang Shu Jiatun District Agriculture Airport into Shenyang General Aviation Co., Ltd in April of 1998 and to re-combine the assets with Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd at the end of year 2003. The registered capital of the company is RMB 13million. Hongdu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd holds 81.96% of the shares and Shenyang Shu Jiatun District Agriculture Airport holds 10.35% of the total shares, the residuary 7.69% of the shares held by individuals and other proprietors.
The company's business scope: Mainly engages in serving agricultural & forestry operation purpose, including forestry & agricultural seeding, fertilizing & weeding; insect killing; aerial forests protection; aerial photo-graphing; aerial advertisement; weather forecasting; fire-fight in cities and aerial patrolling. The service has spread to the area of Liaoning, Jilin, Hei Longjiang, Nei Menggu, Shandong, Heibei etc.
At present, the company's capacity of agricultural operation has reached to 2 million mu and forestry operation has reached to 1.5 million mu. Forests protection and firefight are able to be 1000 hours above.
Aircraft, airports and facilities:
Now, the company owns 13 units aircraft, including 4 units Y5B, 3 units Y5, 4 units N5, 1 unit Y11B and a salangane-650B. 
Hong Baoshan airport is located at 37 kilometers south away from Shenyang city and 5 kilometers north away from Shilihe town. Now, the airport has a runway of 650m ¡Á 40m.
The parking apron is 15,000 ©O . The total area of hangars, offices, dormitories, material warehouses, towers and terraces is 6,600 ©O . The workshop for aircraft repairing covers 1960 ©O .
Staff of air-duty & ground service
The company has 41 staff. There are 14 pilots, 16 mechanics, and 11 managing & rear service people including 6 flight-dispatching persons.
Flight safety
Safety is the most important thing in flight. It will be nothing without safe flight. The company has been sticking to the ¡° safety comes first¡± as a guiding principle and taking safe problem seriously for all these years. So, more than 10 years from the day this agricultural airport set up, there has been no big accident. Form the upper leaders to the below departments, all of them put the thought ¡° safety comes first¡± to the important place.
Management of the flight crew
• The management of flight skills
We set up files for each pilot strictly. The flight logs must be filled in by pilots seriously and then handed over to the person who is specially assigned to checkup. All of the files should be kept in office. Each year, CAAC will assess pilots' skills and fill in the evaluating blanks.
• The pilots' flight licenses
The licenses are issued by CCAC and kept by pilots.
• The aircraft-maintenance
Y5 will be examined every 200 hours flight. Y5 will fly in changes.
Navigational fair
The company has 6 flight-dispatching persons engaging in asking for instructions and reports about flight etc.
