On October 27, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held the third meeting of the second board of directors.

On October 3, 2003, the international well-known person, the famous social activist—Ms Chen Xiangmei and Mr Hao Fuman paid a visit to our company and unveiled the plague for our company's new science and technology building.

On September 30, 2003, Vice-director of National Technology Dept. made an inspection visit of our company, accompanied by some leaders of Jiangxi High-tech Bureau.

On September 27, 2003, company delivered 8 units of N5A to National Agriculture Dept. Zhang Guoqing of National Agriculture Development Plan Office; Vice-director Dong Xueyu, Section Chief Zhanghui and Hao Congming of Construction Service Center; Li Hui, Qian Jiaxiang and Wang Binbin from China Aviation Industry Corporation II , as well as some leaders of Jiangxi and Nanchang took part in the delivery ceremony.

On August 31,2003, Mr. Hu Jintao, General Secretary of Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party paid an inspection visit to Hongdu Aviation and made important directions, accompanied by Mr. MENG Jianzhu, Secretary of Chinese Communist Party Jiangxi Provincial Committee.

On June 25, 2003, our company held the 2003 first temporary shareholders' meeting.

On May 21, 2003, Hongdu Aviation distributed the 2002 yearly dividend to the shareholders at RMB 3.00 every 10 shares (including taxes).

On April 24, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held the first meeting of the second board of directors and supervisors.

On April 8, 2003, Committee of National Defense Technology Industry granted our company president Mr.Tianmin to be the second batch of outstanding contributive young expert in the field of national defense industry.

On March 31, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held the first temporary meeting of the second board of directors and supervisors. The second board of directors and supervisors was found. Tianmin took up the post of Chairman of BOD. Jiangliang, Wu Fanghui, Hu shuguang, Zengwei ， Qin Dexin, Wang Binbin and Ji Guirong were appointed to be directors of the BOD. Zhang Gong and L ǚ Jianglin were dependent directors of BOD. Jin Donglin took up the post of chairman of second board of supervisors. Xiong Jianxin, Wei Quanquan, Zhang Minsheng ,Sheng Yilong were supervisors.

On March 31, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held 2002 yearly shareholders meeting at Five Lakes Hotel.

On March 26, 2003,Yu Xinrong, Administrative Vice- secretary of Nanchang Party Committee paid an inspection visit to our company.

On March 20, 2003, our company held the staff congress. The meeting elected Xiong Jianxin, Wei Quanquan as the supervisors of the second board to represent employees.

On March 19, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held the tenth temporary meeting of the first board of directors.

On March 12, 2003, Hongdu Aviation signed “ Contract of Purchasing 100 Units of K8 Aircraft ” with China Aviation Technique Trade Company in Beijing. According to the contract, China Aviation Technique Trade Company will purchase 100 units of K8 trainer aircraft for export

On February 24, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held the tenth meeting of the first board of directors and supervisors.

On February 16- 17, 2003, Hongdu Aviation held the 2003 yearly economic meeting.

On January 23- 24, 2003, a seven- people group of “support the village " went to Li'shou village in the town of Le'gang, Le'ping city to send greetings to the poor. The group was accompanied by director of Le'ping organization department; secretary of the party committee and the alcalde of Le'gang town.

On January 23, 2003, our company invested 38million Yuan to cooperate with Sichuan Chendou Engine (Group) Co., Ltd and Zhongyuan Electronic Measuring Instrument Factory to set up Jiagngxi Hongdu Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The establishment of Hongdu Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd means that the capital operation has broken the traditional way. It provides good circumstance to develop the related industry and operate the capital in the future.

On January 20, 2003, our company held the first congress of league members. The meeting elected the first Committee of Communist Youth League.

On January 3, 2003 Hongdu Aviation signed the frame agreement with Holland's RDM Company on the subcontract production of the MD helicopters.
