Technique innovation strategy
We will stick to united factory & institute (united production & research), and invest more on science & technology to achieve four generations (i.e. to produce a generation, develop a generation, pre-develop a generation and conceive a generation). We will carry out national and international technical cooperation through various ways. We will strengthen construction on the technical & research facilities in an effort to develop one or two more new types of trainers or general aircrafts within the Tenth Five Year Planning or the Eleventh Five Year Planning to secure and develop the competition advantage in the field of world trainers.

Market Developing Strategy
We will take such marketing methods and propaganda styles such as participating actively in key international exhibitions and making performance flying tours in the foreign counties in order to promote the notability of Hongdu Aviation' products in the field of international aircraft. We will try all the means to do international aviation trade and technical cooperation in aircraft production by taking the mobile styles such as whole machine sales and technical authorized production so as to develop more sales channels and to enlarge market with high quality service and favorable enterprise image.
We will develop the market in general aviation and aviation club actively and make full use of Hondu Aviation's intelligence and technology advantage in terms of aircraft manufacturing and aviation business management to open a new economic increase space for comprehensive development of aviation industry.

Overall development goals
We will stick to the business development ways such as high technology, foreign orientation and high efficiency in an effort to construct Hongdu Aviation into a base of integrating research, production and exportation for the leading trainers and general aircraft with comparatively strong competition ability in China, and a new shinning star in the field of general aviation, aviation club, etc. within 3 to 5 years
