 The chairman
of board is the highest manager of Hongdu Aviation, be fully responsible
for quality of end products and management on quality. The chairman
of board shall authorize the general manager to be on behalf of
the mangers for the Company and appoint the vice general manager
(for quality) to assist the general manager to conduct work on quality.
The R & D Department of Hongdu Aviation led under leadership
of the vice general manager (for quality) shall execute duties independently
in the field of quality without being influenced by production schedule
and cost.
The chief
type designer and the designers system is fully in charge of quality
of product designing, and organizing to carry out and formulating
quality assurance outline, and managing technical status, tackling
with, designing, examining and testing the technical problems during
the production process.
The first
executive chief shall establish and maintain quality assurance sub-system,
and be fully responsible for quality of end products and management
on quality for the unit that he is in, and be responsible and report
work to the chairman of board and the general manager of Hongdu
Aviation.
